ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner and her family members by considering the petitioner's representation dated 7/3/2014.

2. It is seen that there is a civil suit is pending between the petitioner and the persons who are disturbing the alleged possession of the petitioner. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.

3. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
