RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court that the Petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police daily twice i.e. at 10 A.M. and 05.00 P.M. until further orders passed in Crl.O.P. No.13053 of 2016 dated 11.08.2016 in Crime No.4 of 2016 of 2016 on the file of the Respondent Police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.LAJAPATHI ROY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side)would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 26.08.2016.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
