This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members without any authority of law. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent / defacto complainant, enquiry was enquired and a case in Crime No.376 of 2012, against the petitioner and others, for the offence punishable under Sections 498 (A), 294(b), 379(NH), 323, 120(b) & 506(ii) IPC came to be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

registered. He would further submit that the petitioner has also obtained anticipatory bail.

4.In view of the subsequent facts and developments, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, with a direction to the official respondents not to harass the petitioner and if they want to enquire him, the same shall be done by issuing summons in the manner known to law.
