Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings issued by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.3299/2017/Ku the dated 10.03.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to include petitioner and his wife name in the voters list to the 2nd respondent society. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the voters list published by the election officer / second respondent. 2.According to the petitioner, he and his wife are the members of the second respondent society. Election process to the society was initiated by the first respondent and voters list also published by the second respondent. Though the petitioner and his wife are eligible to vote in that election as a member of the society, their names were not found the voters list. petitioner filed this writ petition to include their names in the voters list published by the second respondent. 3.Considering the fact, if the petitioner has any grievance over the voters list published by the second respondent, he can file an application to the second respondent to include their name. On filing such application, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the application.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

Consequently, W.M.P.(MD)Nos.6740 to 6742 of 2018 are closed.
