RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order relaxing the condition which was imposed on the petitioners by this Honourable Court on 11.07.2016 made in Crl. OP (MD) No. 11308 of 2016 of directing the Petitioners to report before the Respondent POlice daily at 10.00 a.m. while releasing them on Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 468 of 2016 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Marthandam Police Station, Kanyakumari District and pass such other orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PALANI VELAYUTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. The learned Governement Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.
