Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner has given an application on 09.02.2015 for surveying the petition mentioned property. The first respondent is directed to conclude the survey exercise within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall issue notice to all the adjacent land owners. If any resistance or opposition is encountered and there appears to be any basis for the same, the authority shall relegate the parties to move the jurisdictional civil Court. 3. The Writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
