ORDER

This revision has been filed as against the order, dated 31.01.2022, made in Crl.M.P.No.366 of 2022, on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli, thereby, the Court below in condition No.5 directed the petitioner to produce all the documents of ownership and surrender the original R.C book before the concerned Judicial Magistrate. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit the JCB vehicle bearing Registration No.TN-55-V-9235 was purchased through private financier and the original RC book is in possession and custody of the financier. Therefore, the petitioner could not able to produce the original Registration Certificate before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.

3.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to submit the self-attested photo copy of the RC book. In respect of other conditions, the order of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli, shall remain unaltered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.R.C(MD)No.230 of 2022 4.With the above modification, this Criminal Revision Case is partly allowed. No costs.
