ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnor / third respondent for his wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.7668 of 2025 dated 21.03.2025.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the contemnor states that subsequent to the order of this Court dated 21.03.2025, the contemnor has passed an order in Na.Ka.Aa4/2635/2022 dated 26.02.2026 rejecting the petitioner's application for patta and copy of the proceedings has already been served to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said order in the manner known to law.
