This petition is filed to direct 1st respondent, to instruct the 2nd respondent not to interfere and not to disturb the petitioner's peaceful possession of the property in Re.S.No.123/ 4, 2 Acre 17 cents in 30.72 and not to harass the petitioner and his family members unnecessarily.
2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioner was only called for enquiry, after issuing summons and therefore, there is no harassment by the respondents police.
