2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No.21664 of 2025 dated on 27.11.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail. The trial Court is directed to complete the trial at the earliest. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 16.02.2026 LS 2/4
