PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.1212 of 2021 on the file of the 3rd respondent to any other competent investigation agency and to complete the investigation.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.1212 of 2021 on the file of the 3rd respondent to any other competent investigation agency and to complete the investigation.

2. The petitioner is the mother of the accused who involved in a case in Crime No.1212 of 2021 registered under Section 174 of Cr.P.C and subsequently @ Section 302 of IPC and the accused is in judicial custody. Under these circumstances, the petitioner who is neither the accused nor the complainant filed this petition for change of investigation and as such she has no locus to seek change of investigation.
