ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to restrain the third respondent from interfering into the civil subject matter in respect of the house property situated at No.3/104, Valachikulam, Chittampatti Post, Madurai District, where the petitioner has been staying along with the petitioner's children. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that her husband is residing in abroad, the fourth respondent is her mother-in-law, that both the petitioner and the fourth respondent are residing in the same house in Valachikulam. Now, the fourth respondent is keen to settle the property. She has now moved the second respondent police, who has now force the petitioner to stay away and face harassment at the hands of the police. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 on instructions, would submit that there is no harassment at the hands of the police, that another son of the fourth respondent (brother-in-law) has preferred a complaint / representation to settle the matter amicably between the parties and the matter has been enquired and closed.

5.The said statement is recorded. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
