2. By order dated 12.02.2026, this Court directed the petitioner to make a non-refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000/-. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's friend has deposited the said amount. The learned jurisdictional Magistrate has not accepted the same. Since the petitioner's friend has deposited the amount, the learned jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to accept the same and proceed further in accordance with law. 06.04.2026 KSA To The Judicial Magistrate Court, Padmanabhapuram.
