Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SUBASH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.This petition is filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD)No.13676 of 2016, dated 03.08.2016. 3.Time is extended by two weeks for executing the sureties from the date on which, the order copy is made ready on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.5000/- each to the Harijan Sevak Sangh, 561, K.K.Nagar, Madurai, within a period of one week from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, this petition shall dismissed automatically.
