ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue appropriate directions to the second and third respondents to re-survey and re-demarcate the petitioner's lands in Survey Nos.88/8 and 91/3, situated at Mathagiri Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District, with adequate police protection, based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2026.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The fact remains that the survey has already been conducted. However, the petitioner claims that the boundary stones laid are incorrect. In the event of any grievance regarding the survey, the appellate authority would be the first respondent/District Surveyor. The option is left open for the petitioner to approach the District Surveyor to challenge the survey that has already been conducted.
