ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 27.02.2025 seeking to modify the condition imposed in the bail order dated 27.12.2024 passed by the learned Additional Mahila Judge, Tiruchirappalli in Crl.M.P.No.32797 of 2024.

2. The reasons stated in the petition are satisfactory. Hence, this Court is inclined to modify the second condition imposed in paragraph no.4 of the bail order dated 27.12.2024 passed by the learned Additional Mahila Judge, Tiruchirappalli in Crl.M.P.No.32797 of 2024 as (*) the petitioner shall appear before the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Cantonmnet Police Station, Trichy City daily at 11.00 am., until further orders .

3. To the above extent this Criminal Original Petition is ordered. The other conditions shall hold good.
