PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the corpse of the Petitioner's mother-in-law Thavamani from the petitioner's residential property comprised in S.F.No.152/8 of Parikaividuthi village, Gandharvakottai Taluk, Pudukkottai District and also direct the third respondent to take appropriate action against the fourth respondent. O R D E R

Seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to remove the corpse of the petitioner's mother-in-law, said to have been burried by the fourth respondent, the present petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the records.

3. It is seen that a direction had already been issued by this court in W.P.(MD)No.16504 of 2014 dated 30.09.2014, at the instance of one A.Kannuchamy. More than one year has lapsed, since the date of the alleged burial, as the petitioner seeks relief against the fourth respondent who is a private person, as the court is not inclined to grant relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is not inclined to proceed further in this matter.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
