ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.praying this Court to direct the respondents to secure the first accused through the help of Indian Embassy in connection with Crime No.1 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents/State and perused the records.

3.It is stated that A1 is in Qwait. Merely because A1 is not secured, no steps are required to be taken to secure his presence. 4.Accordingly, the second respondent Police is directed to secure the presence of A1 and the entire exercise shall be done within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
