This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused, to quash the F.I.R., in Crime No.504 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after investigation charge sheet has been filed on 18.01.2015 and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.49 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that already, this Court has granted interim stay and in violation of the said order, the first respondent herein has filed a charge sheet.
