This writ petition has been filed directing the first respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2017.

2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner made an application to the first respondent seeking for the marriage assistance under the "Moovalur Ramamirtham Ammaiyar Niniavu Marriage Assistance Scheme". Earlier, the petitioner was directed to produce the income certificate by the second respondent in the proceedings e.f.vz;.77/m1/2017 dated 10.02.2017 to enable the first respondent to pass orders, and, the petitioner has already produced the income certificate on 26.08.2016 itself. Thereafter, the first respondent did not pass any orders on the application. Hence, he filed the present writ petition.

3. Considering the above fact that the petitioner has also produced the income certificate, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
