ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the the respondents to survey and demarcate the petitioner's land measuring 0.50.50 Ares in S.No. 16/5A1A in Chathira Thondaimanpatti Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District. 2.Heard Mr.R.Suriyanarayanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.J.Padmavathi Devi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.According to the petitioner, he claims to be the owner of the property to an extent of 0.50.50 Ares in S.No. 16/5A1A in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Chathira Thondaimanpatti Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai

District. The petitioner has submitted an application before the first respondent seeking to survey the land and fix boundaries. Since no action has been taken so far, the present writ petition has been filed.

4.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the adjacent land owner has given objections to survey the petitioner's land and hence, the respondents are not in a position to survey the land. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner only seeks to measure his land by fixing boundaries, the first respondent is directed to measure the property in question as per the revenue records, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the interested parties and the objectors.

6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
