This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give permission for using loud speaker beyond 10.00p.m., on 25.01.2018 to 27.01.2018 at Arul Mighu Santhanamariamman Kovil, SankaranKovil.

2.Heard, Mr.J.SenthilKumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Shanmugaselvam, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondents may be directed to give permission to use loud speaker up to 10.00p.m.

speaker beyond 10.00pm., his request was rejected. 5.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation mentioning the date and time to the second respondent and if any such representation is given, the second respondent has to consider and pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time.

6.With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
