This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to forbear the respondents 1 to 4 from laying any road in petitioner's patta land survey No.264/1A1.

2.By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the subject property is in absolute possession of the petitioner. While so, the local politicians are trying to lay road in the petitioner's patta land to reach the village graveyard. In this 2/5

regard, the petitioner has already made a representation to the respondents on 16.08.2025. Since the said representation is pending consideration, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.

4.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the respondents in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.08.2025, within a period of four [4] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
