When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petition mentioned representation would be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law by the second respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. Recording the said submission, the Writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice, before passing final orders. It it open to the second respondent to pass orders one way or the other. No costs.
