Gandhi, Advocate for the petitioners the Court made the following order:- The Judicial Magistrate (FAC), Rajapalayam sought further extension of three months' time to dispose of the case in D.V.No.8 of 2014.

2. Time is extended for further period of three months, with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate (FAC), Rajapalayam to conduct the trial of the case on day today basis and the case shall not be adjourned beyond two working days at any point of time. sd/- Assistant Registrar.
