Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.E.MAREESKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.15355 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD) No.969 of 2023 on 22.01.2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly from 29.01.2024. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
