Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the third respondent would dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. This Court has not given any positive direction to the third respondent to pass orders one way or the other. The third respondent shall put all the interested persons on notice before passing orders.
