ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the fourth respondent police to expedite the investigation and to file the Final Report in Crime No.149 of 2019 dated 03.09.2019 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the daughter of the petitioner committed suicide due to the harassment of the husband and the in-laws and that a F.I.R. was registered on 03.09.2019. Even after the lapse of one year, the respondent police failed to file a final report. After getting anticipatory bail the husband, who is A1, has gone to Dubai and prayed the final report to be filed within a stipulated time.
3.On the side of the respondents, it is stated that investigation is over and that final report will be filed in a month before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.
4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the fourth respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.149 of 2019 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.
5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
