This Criminal Original petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 2.

3. It is stated that the fifth respondent herein has given a complaint as against the petitioner and that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) on instructions submitted that though an enquiry was conducted on the basis of the complaint given by one Murugappan, the same was closed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and that therefore there is no further enquiry contemplated and there is no harassment.
