ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner is shown as sole accused in Crime No.113 of 2021, registered on the file of the respondent police station for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 452, 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC. It is a bailable offence. Hence, this petition for anticipatory bail is not maintainable.
