ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.277 of 2024 pending on the file of the first respondent police and to quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the official respondent would submit that in this case, already they have conducted investigation and filed final report and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.46 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3. Since this case is filed to quash the FIR and thereafter, the first respondent conducted investigation and filed final report and also as per the FIR, there are some allegations to constitute the offences, it is for the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved. 2/4

4. In view of the same, by preserving the liberty of the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
