ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 294(b), 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 4 of TNPWH Act in Crime No.7 of 2015, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, intervenor and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the accused have demanded dowry from the de facto complainant and also harassed her.

4. It is represented by counsel for both sides that the matter is settled and they have decided to live together.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the co-accused were already granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.5244 of 2015 dated 06.04.2015.

6. In such circumstances, Interim Anticipatory Bail granted by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.5243 of 2015 is made absolute. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Madurai and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

7.
