(The second respondent is impleaded as per the order of this Court dated 23.01.2018) Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2017 in accordance with law within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner got married to one S.Shanavas Khan. Even according to the petitioner, she is the second wife. The petitioner would also claim that a formal marriage took place between them in the year 2015 and a female child was born on 07.08.2017. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent is not maintaining her and her child. It is the further contention of the petitioner that the second respondent, though gave an undertaking to take care of her and her child, is acting in breach of it.

4.In the opinion of this Court, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted in the present Writ Petition. It is for the petitioner to move the concerned Court to ventilate her grievances in accordance with law.

5.With this liberty, Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
