ORDER

Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for in the writ petition, with the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The limited grievance of the petitioner is that when the patta was standing in the name of the petitioner, all of a sudden, the fourth respondent's name was included in the said patta, without even any notice to the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner has sent a representation on 29.07.2024 to the first respondent to remove the name of the fourth respondent from the petitioner's patta. The said representation was forwarded by the first respondent to the second respondent on 07.08.2024 and subsequently, on 24.01.2025, the petitioner sent a fresh representation directly to the second respondent, which also evoked no response. Hence, the petitioner has filed the instant writ petition. 2/4

3.Considering that the petitioner only seeks expeditious disposal of his representation, this Writ Petition is allowed with a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 24.01.2025 as well as the proceedings dated 07.08.2024, forwarded by the first respondent to the second respondent, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 20.02.2025 sji NCC: Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No To 1.The District Revenue Officer, Tenkasi, Tenkasi District.
