ORDER
The writ petitioner is a public Trust registered in the year 1983. It is running a number of Educational Institutions. The petitioner has given a representation dated 05.03.2018 seeking assignment of 34 cents of land. In this regard, the petitioner has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
given a representation dated 05.03.2018. The petitioner has given quite a few proposals also. The petitioner is willing to pay the market value for the land for which he seeks assignment. In the alternative, the petitioner is also proposing exchange. 2.The first respondent shall consider and dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that till the disposal of the said representation, no coercive action shall be taken against the writ petitioner.
