ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the case pending in C.C.No.167 of 2015 from the file of Judicial Magistrate Court No.V, Tirunelveli to Judicial Magistrate Court, Virudhunagar or any other Court with a direction to complete the trial within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.The petitioner is the first accused before the trial Court. The private complaint has been filed by the respondent herein. 3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent was a practising advocate in Tirunelveli bar. He further submitted that the respondent and his friends harassed the petitioner and his counsel continuously. Hence the present petition has been filed to transfer the case to some other Court. 4.

The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that there is no such trouble made by the respondent at the time of trial proceedings and in future also, they will not make any trouble. 5.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.V, Tirunelveli to expedite the trial and dispose the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, since C.C is of the year 2015. If any trouble arises in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.3656 of 2021 future, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court or concerned Officer for appropriate remedy. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
