Petition presented under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to call for the records in D.V.O.P.No.9 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, valliyoor, Tirunelveli district and to quash the same.

This petition having been listed this day under the caption "Extension of time" and upon perusing the order dated 20/04/2015 made in CRL OP(MD)No.5254 of 2015 and upon perusing the letter D.No.6574 dated 05/10/2015 submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District, in the presence of Mr.K.Prabhu, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order :- The Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District sought further extension of four months' time to dispose of the case in D.V.O.P.NO.9 of 2015.
