ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to ensure that the petitioner and the petitioner's classes of persons are allowed to take part in the temple festival of Arulmigu https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sri Sevitu Ayyanar Thirukovil, S.Kovilpatti, Sivagangai District, which is scheduled to be taken place on 26.04.2019 in the light of the statements made by both the parties before the fourth respondent.

2.Mr.H.Arumugam, learned counsel has entered appearance for the respondents 5 and 6 and made a statement on instructions that earlier there has been an agreement, by which the 5th respondent can conduct festival. Now, he faces obstruction from the petitioner and the petitioner is not only member but there are set of people available in the temple. All are performing their respective duties, even the petitioner is not stopped from performing his part of the duties.

3.The said statement is recorded. Hence, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
