ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.632 of 2022 dated 24.02.2022 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, modifying the earlier conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2022 dated 06.01.2022, directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 08.30 a.m., until further orders and thereafter modified and the petitioner was directed to appear before Sivagangai Town Police Station weekly twice on every Wednesday and Sunday at 06.00 p.m., until further orders.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1439 of 2022, while granting bail, directed the petitioner to appear before Thirumangalam Town Police Station once in a week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, that the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai, while granting bail to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.230 of 2022 dated 11.01.2022, directed the petitioner to appear before the same respondent police (i.e.) Thirumangalam Town Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders and that the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Sivagangai, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL OP(MD). No.4420 of 2022 while relaxing the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.336 of 2022 dated 24.02.2022, directed the petitioner to appear before Thirumangalam Town Police Station for a period of fifteen (15) days. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that since the petitioner has been complying and appearing before Thirumangalam Town Police Station, the condition may be modified in Crl.M.P.No.632 of 2022.
4.Considering the above facts, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before Thirumangalam Town Police Station weekly twice on Wednesday and Sunday at 06.00 p.m., until further orders. 5.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
