ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondents to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 20.08.2014.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, already a case has been registered on the file of the second respondent police in Crime No.2 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 498(A), 406 and 506(i) of I.P.C.
