RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grant an extension of time in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1366 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15874 of 2020 dated 18.02.2021 for the petitioner to appear and production of sureties.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.RAGHUMAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.M.P(MD) No.1366 of 2020 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15874 of 2020, dated 18.02.2021 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this is the second extension petition and the petitioner is the film Director and he had gone to Kazakhstan for film shooting and now he has produced the copy of air tickets for his return to India, hence he seeks time to produce sureties.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioner before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.2061 of 2021 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance. failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
