2.This Writ Petition has been filed by the Association. 3.The prayer in the Writ Petition is for directing the respondents to sanction two incentive increments to the Physical Education Teachers.

The matter involves granting of relief to individual employees. The rights of the Association have not been infringed. The Writ Petition is therefore dismissed No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
