After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 3 and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, this writ petition is disposed of at the time of admission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, by directing the 1st respondent/The District Collector, Virudhunagar District to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.02.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
