This petition is filed to direct respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry with regard the civil dispute.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioner was only called for enquiry, after issuing summons and therefore, there is no harassment by the respondents police.
