This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.47 of 2017 was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded. 4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
