ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent not to register any document in respect of the property in Survey Nos.309/8, 309/9, 309/12, 309/16, 309/18, 322/1, 275/4, 275/4A2, 274/11, 274/12, 274/13, 274/14, 274/15, 274/16, 309/13, 275/2 to a total extent of 4 acres 34 cents in Doc No.303/1999 situated in Karadikkal Village, Madurai District.

2. The issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the Judgment of this Court in Ganesan Vs. The Sub Registrar, Chekkanoorani, W.P(MD)No.4530 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025, wherein this Court dismissed the claim of the petitioner. Consequently, I am not in a position to entertain this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
