2.The learned Additional District Judge, Kuzhithurai, was directed to dispose of the application in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.60 of 2018 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

CRP(MD). No.471 of 2021 said application is only at the stage of arguments. Therefore, this Court is inclined to extend the time by one month and accordingly, it is extended by one month from the date of receipt of communication of this order from the Registry. In case, parties seek time unnecessarily, it is open to the Judicial Officer to pass such order as he deems fit to ensure the speedy disposal.
