Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.By consent of both the parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3.The petitioner was employed in the respondent/Society. She retired from service on 31.07.2017. Her grievance is that her gratuity dues have not been settled. In this regard, the petitioner had already submitted a representation on 19.10.2017. 4.The respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 19.10.2017, seeking disbursement of her gratuity dues. Such orders will be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
