Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to direct any police official in the rank of the Deputy Superintendent of Police to conduct investigation and take necessary action in accordance with law on the basis of the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 18/10/2014 within the stipulated time.

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to direct any police official in the rank of the Deputy Superintendent of Police to conduct investigation and take necessary action in accordance with law on the basis of the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 18/10/2014 within the stipulated time.
