PETITION FOR TIME EXTENSION Under Sec.482 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- To extend the time for complying with the conditions in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8260 of 2021, dated 16.12.2021 as far as the petitioner is concerned.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner could not surrender and execute sureties within the time set out in the earlier order.

2. I am satisfied with the reasons given by the petitioner for the said default. The petitioner undertakes to surrender before the jurisdictional Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
